You have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases, subject to the conditions communicated in the checkout (early performance of digital content may require your consent and acknowledgement).
Use the link in your Paddle receipt e-mail, or contact Paddle directly via paddle.net. If anything goes wrong, write to contact@raystacks.com and we will help sort it out with Paddle.
If a product does not work as described and we cannot fix it for you, we support a refund through Paddle within a reasonable period. Paid should mean it works.
