These terms govern the use of raystacks.com and raystacks accounts. raystacks is a brand of C.R. Enterprises, Inh. Raman Chawla, Gilmerich 14, 53844 Troisdorf, Germany (contact@raystacks.com).
raystacks builds software — the raystacks Launcher, the Dashboard with Tagged Bookmarking browser extension, and further programs. Free programs are provided as-is. Paid programs, where offered, are sold through our merchant of record (see Purchases below).
An account is required only for features that need one (e.g. purchases and cloud features). You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. You can delete your account at any time; see the privacy policy for what data is held and your rights.
Paid products are sold by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd. and its affiliates) as merchant of record. Your purchase contract is with Paddle; Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to the transaction, including invoicing and taxes. License terms for the software itself are shown before purchase.
Do not abuse the service: no unauthorized access attempts, no disrupting the infrastructure, no using the services to violate the law.
Free software and services are provided without warranty to the extent permitted by law. For paid products, statutory warranty rights under German law remain unaffected. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health, remains unlimited; otherwise liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage arising from the breach of essential contractual obligations.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page. German law applies; mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
